Pullman Auckland Airport

For Te Arikinui Pullman Auckland Airport, Moda developed Between Worlds, a marketing campaign platform designed to shift the hotel from a functional airport stay to a premium part of the travel journey. The strategy was shaped by market research showing the need to build stronger awareness, mental availability and premium value perception before expecting stronger conversion and ADR performance.

The creative platform centred on the idea that travel is defined by moments of transition - between departure and arrival, movement and stillness. By contrasting the chaos of travel with the calm of the hotel, Between Worlds positioned Pullman Auckland Airport as a deliberate pause in the journey: a place to reset, reconnect and prepare for what comes next.

More than a campaign, the work became a full-funnel marketing ecosystem, with every asset designed to move travellers from awareness through to booking. Moda developed a modular creative suite across hero films, audience-specific cutdowns, static ads, digital media, website journeys and conversion messaging - creating one clear platform to build brand equity, support direct bookings and reinforce the hotel’s premium positioning.
